Nearly all sevices that previously required on-site visits can now be resolved quickly by our remote team. This helps improve care and reduces your team's costs. A remote expert can identify system errors, view log files and identify root causes of issues.

Equipment Coverage

Hardware management simplified

If one of our experts determines a hardware failure, we will manage an onsite service visit to diagnose the issues further. In the case of a hardware component failure, Ouva will manage warranty coverage, parts procurement and on-site installation.
